This document was written to better define the leadership positions of Agape World Fellowship Inc.

  • Each position has an equal voice and has one (1) vote in any administrative decision
  • All positions held in Agape World Fellowship are on the AWF Board.
  • All elected positions will be voted in by a majority of the Citizens of AWF once a year at the annual Board Meeting of Agape World Fellowship.
  • If an elected Board Member vacates their seat, the remaining members of the Board must find and appoint a new member to fill that seat for the interim till the next year’s election.
  • Appointed seats on the Board can made by either the Senior Board, the Board as a whole or by the Senior Pastor.

  • If an AWF member who wants to be a leader or an AWF leader is found to be in sin and has not turned away from that sin, gotten right with the Lord and asked forgiveness from the Lord, they will not be allowed to hold an AWF position of authority.
